There are so many places to enjoy in the Great Ocean Road region. You can base yourself at one, two or more key destinations, take your time and see the lot! Or choose a destination that suits for now and come back next time and try somewhere else. The choice is yours.
Go inland or go coast
That's the beauty of this region. There are so many ways to discover a true variety of destinations. Head for the hills, dominated by the Great Otway National Park and volcanic rises in the hinterland via Colac and Camperdown. Or simply go the coastal way and absorb all the towns and resorts along the way.
Close to nature
Wherever you are along the Great Ocean Road and in between, nature still dominates. Whether its the rugged ocean cliffs, still bay waters, scenic lakes, rolling pastures or magnificent rainforests, the destination you choose will take you some of these treasures.
